Usually we are the only one in our way when we’re trying to get to a new destination.

Who is telling you that you are not allowed to have a good day?

When you think about losing weight, who is the one telling you that it is impossible, or that you are not strong enough to discipline yourself, or that you don’t deserve to?

When you want to sign up for a race or gym membership, who creates a very complex plan and raises the barrier to entry more than it needs to be?

When you want to get better, who creates the excuses you use to justify staying still?

It’s probably just you.
