Digging yourself out

Hitting your low point means you’re stuck in a hole that you have to dig yourself out of

Be grateful that you’ve realized you’re at your bottom and ready to dig yourself out of it

If you’re bottom isn’t that deep, be grateful that you don’t have much to climb to get yourself back to the surface

And once you’re at the surface you can start to build a new

If you’re bottom is deep, be grateful that you have to climb as much as you do to get yourself back to the surface

Because once you’re at the top, you’re going to be strong as hell and ready to keep climbing and building

You’ve built strength and resilience that not many have

Regardless of how your hole compares to others, be grateful you are getting out of yours and stay focused on that
