Detachment

The more we need and rely on something, the more pain it brings

I didn’t grasp this concept until sales

When you need a sale desperately, everything you hear and say and oriented towards closing the dealE

Even when it’s not ready

Sales happen when you listen, hope to understand, and truly help the other person

Being attached to the close is a guaranteed way to only hear what you want

Leading to a potential customer who feels unheard

Detachment in relationships, success, and money lead to more of it and healthier versions of it

Obsessive controlled attachment leads to scaring those things away and not opening your eyes up to trying new and optimal ways to obtain them

Detachment is a superpower
