Habits build change

Change doesn’t happen overnight.

It takes one thought, one belief, one little voice in your head telling you there’s a better way.

Instead of focusing on the change and the outcome it will deliver, focus on changing or inserting just one more habit.

Want to get healthier but haven’t worked out in a while? Start with a few push ups each day.

Want to grow wealth but stuck in debt or don’t know where to begin? Save just a bit more than you did last month. Then again. Then again.

Want to have internal peace but feel nothing but chaos and that life is happening to you? Wake up just 5 minutes earlier and journal or read in that 5 minutes.

At one point, just a little bit ago, I had legit no savings, was emotional and reactive, and life was chaotic.

I inserted just small ‘minimums’ in my day to ensure that no matter what I was progressing.

Day 1 seemed like nothing.

Day 10 felt long.

By day 30 I could start to feel change and momentum.

Insert just small habits that build over time and you’ll see change.

It doesn’t happen overnight!
