But in real life, we struggle to separate them
In theory, eating healthy is SIMPLE. Buy good food, cook good food, eat good food.
Easy right?
But what happens in reality?
Buy good food, cook good food, crave bad food. Eat bad food.
Buy good food, get too tired from work or not have enough time to cook food, order bad food. Eat bad food.
We simplify things in our heads and usually make them seem easier than they are.
Think about what it looks like in practice and what will get in your way.
Then plan and prep for that.
Then succeed 🙂
