I admire people who get stuff done.
I try to only interact with individuals who get their hands dirty.
Who spend time doing, rather than talking about doing.
Those people deal in reality.
Nowadays so many people want to manage, advise, consult.
Hell, there are people at work currently whose job is seemingly just asking for updates from the people who are doing the work to then relay that to others. That’s it.
What value is that?
Not me.
I want to be in the ring. Leading from the front.
Not focusing on strategy, but making the strategy happen.
Now, strategy, preparation, management is needed.
But at the end of the day, the world belongs to those who make it happen.
Focus on the action.
Make it happen.
