What I tell myself most mornings.
I’m not saying you have to get up at 4 am every day, but I have yet to meet a person who does that doesn’t have more control over his/her time and life.
I’m not saying you have to quit drinking, but I have yet to meet a person who has quit that doesn’t have a large amount of self worth and respect for themselves.
I’m not saying you have to workout, but I have yet to meet a person who does that doesn’t attack every day with energy, optimism, and humility.
I’m not saying you have to read more, but I have yet to meet a person who does that isn’t open-minded and empathetic to different views.
I’m not saying you have to have Faith, but I have yet to meet a person who does that isn’t humble, grateful, and loving to those around them.
I’m not saying you have to do anything. But if you’re sitting there knowing you can be more and you want more, my question to you is, “will sitting on your ass doing nothing help?”
short and sweet
